About me
I’m a woven textile designer, with a BA in woven textile design from Winchester School of Art. I have worked in a range of businesses in the textile industry and learnt a lot along the way. Having met a lot of inspiring and like-minded individuals, I decided to go back to what I really fell in love with at university – handmade textiles.
Now in my spare time I can be found working in my studio at home in the village of Yetminster, near Sherborne in Dorset. My pride of joy is my Harris hand loom and I also use yarn to design and create textile pieces. I am a strong believer and supporter of handmade British craft and take inspiration from traditional weave patterns and structures with a bright modern twist.
